Return Policy (Online Orders)

At Soffe, your satisfaction in our products is always guaranteed. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Please follow these instructions:

All returns must be made within 30 days of shipped date. Each returned box must have a Soffe return authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customer service at 1-888-257-8673 or send an email to webstore@mjsoffe.com

Please have ready your reason for return, invoice date, and invoice number. Upon agreement to accept a refund or exchange, your customer service representative will issue an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization; the return package should have the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Temporary Exchange Charge

We'll need to charge for the new item, but when we receive your return, we'll refund you for the cost of the original purchase. For US exchanges we'll waive the standard shipping charge.

Web Specials / Closeout Items

Sales of web specials/closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items. Web specials/closeout items are items that are listed in the Closeout or Web Specials categories.
